Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your access to and use of the bitNode Solutions website, including our Insights blog, our contact and project forms and our newsletter sign-up (together, the "website"). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
Who we are and what this website is for
The website is operated by bitNode Solutions ("bitNode Solutions", "we", "us" or "our"), an AI, automation and software agency based in Lahore, Pakistan, serving clients internationally.
The website is a public marketing site. It exists to describe our services and approach, share examples of our work, publish articles in our Insights blog, and make it easy for you to get in touch with us or subscribe to our newsletter. Services are not purchased or delivered through the website itself.
The website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children under 16.
Using the website
Permitted use
You are welcome to browse the website, read our content and share links to it, save or print pages for your own reference or internal business use, contact us about a potential project and subscribe to our newsletter, as long as you follow these terms and applicable law.
Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl or copy the website or its content with automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the website, interferes with its operation, or gets around rate limits or other technical measures. This does not restrict ordinary indexing by search engines that follow standard crawling conventions.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its content management system, or any related servers, databases or systems, or attempt to probe, scan or test their vulnerabilities or breach any security or authentication measures
- Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or impair the website, for example through denial-of-service attacks
- Submit anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent or misleading through our forms or by any other means
- Send spam or bulk automated submissions, or attempt to bypass the spam traps and rate limiting that protect our forms
- Impersonate any person or organization, or submit personal information about someone else without the right to do so
- Use the website or its content in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you when we are not, or in any way that breaks applicable law
We may block or restrict access, remove or disregard submissions, and take other appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Proposals, statements of work and project agreements
Information on the website about our services, process, technologies, timelines or budget ranges is general information. It is not an offer to provide services on particular terms, and it does not create a contract.
Paid engagements are governed by the proposal, statement of work and signed agreement that apply to that engagement, such as a master services agreement and, where relevant, a data processing agreement (together, "project agreements"). These terms cover your use of the website only. If there is any conflict between these terms and a project agreement, the project agreement prevails.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, and it does not oblige either you or us to enter into an engagement.
Intellectual property
Our website content
The website and its content, including text, articles, graphics, images, design, logos, branding and code, belong to bitNode Solutions or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and use the website for the purposes described above.
You may quote brief excerpts from our Insights articles with clear attribution and a link to the original article. Otherwise, you may not copy, republish, modify, distribute or sell the website or its content, or use our name, logo or other brand elements, without our prior written permission.
Client deliverables
Ownership of work we create for clients is governed by the relevant project agreement, not by these terms. Typically, rights in the deliverables created specifically for a client are assigned to that client once full payment has been made.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, methods and know-how. Where any of these are included in a deliverable, the project agreement sets out the rights the client receives to use them. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the website, we may use them to improve the website without any obligation to you.
Case studies, metrics and testimonials
We share case studies, metrics and testimonials to show the kind of work we do and the outcomes it can support. Some case studies, metrics and testimonials on this website are illustrative examples and are labeled as such.
Results described on the website depend on the specific circumstances of each project, including the client's goals, data, systems, team and market. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
Insights and general information
Articles in our Insights blog and other content on the website are provided for general information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, security, compliance or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.
Technology, AI tools and regulations change quickly, so content may become outdated after it is published. Any code snippets, prompts, configurations or other examples are for illustration and should be reviewed and tested before you rely on them. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on content from the website.
Enquiries and confidentiality
When you contact us through the website, please make sure the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact or project form, or in unsolicited emails, before a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place. This includes trade secrets, source code, passwords or access credentials, financial account details, and sensitive personal information about you or anyone else. If a conversation needs to go into confidential detail, we are happy to discuss putting an NDA in place first.
We treat every enquiry with care and handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. However, submitting the form alone does not create a confidentiality relationship or any confidentiality obligation between you and us. Submitting an enquiry also does not transfer ownership of your ideas to us.
We aim to respond to genuine enquiries, but we are not obliged to respond to or accept every enquiry.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the option included in every email.
Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms and resources, such as social media profiles or articles we reference. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services or privacy practices, and including a link does not mean we endorse them. Your use of third-party websites and services is subject to their own terms and policies.
The website also relies on third-party service providers for functions such as hosting, email delivery and media delivery, so its availability may occasionally depend on those services.
Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). The website is provided free of charge, and this limit reflects that.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless bitNode Solutions and its team members and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or content you submit through the website.
Changes to the website and these terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, including its content and features, at any time and without notice.
We may also update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date shown on this page, and we will highlight material changes. Changes apply from the date they are published, and by continuing to use the website after that date, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them or the website, are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts where that right cannot be waived.
If you have a concern about the website, please contact us first. Many issues can be resolved quickly and informally.

- Severability. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these terms will remain in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce any part of these terms straight away, we have not given up our right to enforce it later.
